  • Program runs Jul 19-30 with final performance on Friday, June 30 at 6:00. Includes private lessons, group lessons, elective classes, and a final performance. 
  • Students will learn one vocal solo that is appropriate for contest and at least one musical ensemble piece.  They will be given practice time during the program, but are also expected to practice outside of the meeting days.  
  • Students should have completed 5th grades in the 2021-21 school year. This is a camp for middle and high school students. 

The general schedule will be:

  •  Jul 18 kick-off from 4:00-5:00 at KSU..
  • M/W/F meet 10-2 for group activities.
  • Tue/Thurs will be private lesson days, scheduled between student and instructor.  Depending on the number of students we may have to do group lessons for younger students.  
  • Lessons will be at least 40 minutes, or possibly 60 minutes if a group lesson with 3 students. 
  • There will be a video recording one day of each singer singing their solo that will be reviewed by the instructor and student for learning purposes.
