How to Get Tickets:
- In person at the Manhattan Arts Center (MAC), located at 1520 Poyntz Avenue - (Tues-Friday Noon-5:30 pm)

- By calling 785-537-4420 during business hours.
- At-the-door beginning 30 minutes before performances.
Note: All seats for plays and musicals are reserved seating.
Refunds/Inclement Weather
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are not refundable. Manhattan Arts Center rarely cancels or postpones events due to inclement weather. Please be advised that tickets for all events are non-refundable. Should a decision be made to cancel or postpone an event, this information will be posted as soon as it is determined.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges must be made before the event occurs. You can reschedule via the link included in your confirmation email/text, through the customer portal, also found in your confirmation email/text, or by contacting the Box Office.
If you are calling or emailing us regarding an exchange request, please reach out 48-hours prior to the event to ensure we have enough time to respond to your request.
Season Ticket Holders
- Mainstage Flex Pass: When you purchase a Flex Pass, you will receive a code. This code can be plugged in at future checkouts to redeem tickets.
- Mainstage Standard Season Ticket - When you purchase a standard season ticket, you will select all your dates and seats at the time of purchase.
